GENERAL
❥ By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions
❥ Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
❥ You're NOT allowed to use my art to train AI.
❥ I have the right to use the commission for promotional purposes (commission samples, speedpaints).
❥ If you have any questions, contact me!
❥ I do not do the following:
• R18 (Ecchi is ok), furry (kemonomimi is ok), real people, gore, mecha, heavy armor or anything else that makes me uncomfortable.
PAYMENT
❥ I will start the commission once I receive payment.
❥ I am not responsable for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
❥ Prices are in USD, and payments will be made through PayPal Invoice.
COMMERCIAL PRICE:
❥ For commercial use it will be an extra 100% of the total commission price.
REVISIONS
❥ You will receive wips (work in progress images)
❥ You have 3 free changes, after 3 changes the following ones will have an extra cost of 15 usd each.
❥ You can request updates and revisions at any time (Except if the commission is already in render wip)
HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION?
❥ You can send me a DM on any of my social networks or request in VGen!
❥ The message must contain:
the type of commission you want, any pose you want or if you want me to choose one, full character references, anything else you want to add to the commission.
COPYRIGHT
❥ Copyright belongs to the artist. It will used on promotion unless the client ask for the opposite. The client can use the work for personal use only.
❥ If commercial use is required, the client will ask the artist for consent.
USE
❥ You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way.
❥ The commission is only for personal use, if you want commercial use it will be an extra 100% of the total commission price.
❥ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
REFUNDS
❥ If you want a refund it must be before the sketch is started.
REFERENCES
❥ Provide full character references (full body, base colors, details, etc).
❥ You can share it via google document, drive Google, imgur, toyhouse or send the photo (reference sheet).
❥ I will NOT accept any references made with AI.
❥ In case of a character/outfit design reference sheet, remember to send me as many references as possible to create the character/outfit.
TIME
❥ All my works are digital work so all commissions will be sent via email.
❥ Delivery time may vary depending on the commission you request:
